Last week was a doozie. Tayia was super sick. She ended up with the swine flu AND strep throat. I guess when you have a little girl who never gets sick, it hits her all at the same time. She missed school for a little over a week, and was miserable and cranky for most of the week. I was SO ready for her to feel better and get back to school. Steve also got sick. He had a sinus infection. One of the very few times in the last 11 years that he has actually been to the doctor. Then our water pipes froze. OH man. I was not happy. Steve worked all day trying to narrow down the problem. When he finally did we had to have my fabulous sister climb back in my walls to blow torch the pipes. We finally got them thawed out about 4:30. This was the damage- could have been alot worse, but I was very very thankful to have water back. I was even more thankful when the week ended.
