Around our house we were NOT ready for school to start. Summer seemed so so short to me. We wanted more time swimming, playing at the park, camping, sleeping in, staying up late, and eating snow cones! Regardless, the first day of school came. Tay got to eat on the "special plate" and have her favorite breakfast, french toast. I think Tay was pretty excited, although I could sense a little bit of anxiety in her. After the rough year last year, I think she didn't know what to expect. Now, after a month of school she has really enjoyed second grade. I hope the positive stays for the whole year. AND we are making some serious progress. She didnt have a tantrum when I tried to take her picture! Awesome Tay Jay!
