NEW UNDIES!

I picked up some packages of underwear for Trace about a month ago, just so we would have them when I decided to take the potty training step. When we first got them, he didn't want to have anything to do with them. But, the other day, he was so gung-ho (is that even a real word?) about putting them on before his nap. I mean, he WOULD NOT go to sleep without me putting them on. So, i put them on, said a little prayer that he wouldn't pee all over his crib, and put him down for the nap. He woke up dry, and then was just as gung-ho about putting his diaper back on when he woke up. I was hoping that he would just want to keep them on and potty train himself. Ha Ha, I know that's funny. So, it's a step in the right direction at least. At least he doesn't run screaming whenever he sees the undies right? Maybe in a few months we will be ready to tackle the potty training. I'm not ready yet, but at least I know I'm one step closer.
