My friend Anna and I were just talking about what a productive day we had both had today. We both thought we should blog about it, because it doesn't happen very often. At least not for me. My mom came over this morning and we made some jam. Lots of jam. Blackberry, Boysenberry, Raspberry, Triple Berry, and Strawberry. We should be good for a couple of years. I know one thing all day does not sound that productive- My house is seriously a disaster. I neglected my kids all day. Okay, not totally- They got fed and I got them dressed. They helped out with the jam a lot. They both loved mashing the berries. I think they did more sampling than helping. I'm sure you can tell this from the jam all over their faces in the pictures. So, even though everything else in my home is in disarray- I have jam. Good homemade jam. Too bad we don't have some of Karma's yummy homemade bread to go with it. Thanks mom for the help. Tay and Trace were wonderful today despite everything going on. That makes the day even better. So a big THANKS to the kiddies also.

I love good home made jam and fresh bread. There is nothing better. I will have to get my cleaning done early tomorrow and make some bread and break out some of my jam I made. You made me hungry
