Okay, I need some advice..... Tonight while we were at my brothers football game, all the kids were down playing on the grass and under the bleachers. A couple boys were kinda picking on Tay a little bit and Trace walked over to one of them and just shoved him. Not just a little push, a serious shove. Then he said- You don't be mean to my sister. It was SO dang funny. He was so serious. I mean, this kid is Tay's age and quite a bit bigger, but he didn't even care. SO after i quit laughing, I turned to my mom and I was like- Okay, does he get in trouble for pushing, or should I tell him i'm proud of him for sticking up for his sister? I ended up talking to him about both, but don't think he understood. which one is more important for him to learn? any advice for the next time?

what a good little brother! I loved having brothers that stuck up for me.
i love this! i think thats the only time its okay to get a point across like that when it comes to putting family down! remember when heber mcneil called mom a word i wont even say on here.. kinda the same thing! i dont think he should get in trouble :) thats my advice i dunno how to give mom advise though not yet atleast
I probably would have done what you did. Talked to him about maybe sticking up for her without the pushing but still telling him it's important to stand up for family.
